1. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and non-binding. A quote stays valid for 30 days from the date it's issued, and is based on the specifications you gave us — quantity, size, backing, border and patch type. If any of these change, the price changes with them, and we'll confirm the new price before moving ahead.

Every quote is broken down line by line. There are no separate setup or digitizing fees hidden inside the unit price, and nothing appears on your invoice that wasn't in the quote you approved.

2. Artwork and intellectual property

By sending us a logo, design or text, you're confirming that you own it or have permission to use it. We don't independently verify ownership, and we won't knowingly reproduce a trademark that belongs to someone else without proof you're entitled to use it. You agree to cover us for any claim that arises from artwork you supplied.

Any design work or redraws we do for you are part of the free quoting process, and the mockup itself is yours to keep. The underlying production files — stitch files, moulds and colour separations — stay with us so future reorders match your original run exactly.

Unless you ask us not to, we may feature finished orders in our portfolio or on social media. Let us know at the time of ordering if your project needs to stay private, and we'll leave it out.

3. Approval before production

Nothing goes into production until you approve a mockup in writing. That approval — covering the artwork, size, colours, backing and border shown — becomes the reference point your finished order is checked against.

Please review the mockup carefully, especially spelling, dates and any wording. Mistakes that were present in the artwork you approved aren't covered by our remake guarantee, though we'll always help you find the most affordable way to fix them.

4. Colour matching

Where you give us a Pantone (PMS) reference, we match thread and material colour to it as closely as possible. Thread comes in a fixed physical range, so where there's no exact match, we'll show you the nearest options and proceed only on the one you pick.

A screen and a finished patch don't render colour identically. Minor variation between your digital mockup and the physical product is expected and isn't treated as a fault.

5. Quantities and tolerance

There's no minimum order size. On larger production runs, a small variance between the ordered count and the delivered count is normal manufacturing tolerance — where this happens, you're billed for the quantity actually delivered.

6. Lead times and delivery

Mockups are typically sent back within 24 hours of receiving a complete brief. Standard production runs 7–14 business days from your approval, plus shipping time. Rush production is available on request — ask before ordering and we'll confirm in writing whether your deadline is realistic.

Lead times are good-faith estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, though we'll keep you updated and do what we can to make up the time.

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered. Shipping is itemised separately on your quote; any international duties or taxes are your responsibility.

7. Payment

A deposit is required to begin production planning, with the balance due once you approve your sample. Orders are paid in full before shipment unless we've agreed credit terms with you in writing. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added where applicable.

8. Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel your order at no charge at any point before you approve the mockup. Once production has started, your patches are custom-made and can't be resold, so cancellation is only possible for work that hasn't yet begun. Contact us right away and we'll tell you honestly where things stand.

9. The money-back guarantee

If your patches don't match the mockup you approved, we remake them at no cost to you. If a remake still isn't right, we refund you in full — that's the entire policy, with no fine print attached.

Let us know within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and departures from the approved mockup. It doesn't cover normal colour variation between screen and fabric, damage from incorrect use or washing, or a change of mind about a design you already signed off on.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost contracts, or the cost of any garments the patches were meant for. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
